Thursday Evening at Pisgah

Thu. 22 – Josh Roberts and The Hinges 8pm

l 774c65dbf6166e06c07773e0c0be36fc Thursday Evening at Pisgah

Josh Roberts & The Hinges formed in early 2005 in Columbia, SC and immediately began touring and recording. Embedded in their style of rock and roll are blues, country, punk and soul influences that link elegant harmonies with the raunchy guitar work of Josh Roberts. Their powerful sound is raw and uncompromising, creating new rock and roll anthems that leave their dedicated fans speechless…and sometimes exhausted, yet always wanting more.

Wednesday Night Music

Wed 21 -  Bayou Diesel 6pm

bayou diesel2 Wednesday Night Music

Bayou Diesel is the only working cajun/zydeco/Louisiana style dance band in the Asheville/Western North Carolina area. We play all types of highly danceable Mardi Gras music at anytime of the year. Performing both traditional and progressive cajun and zydeco music, we also like good ol’ rock and roll, rhythm and blues, and family friendly all-access approach to our shows. 2009 will bring changes and more emphasis on zydeco. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Sunday Evening at Pisgah

Sun. 18 - Dead Kenny G’s 8pm

DKGS 07 Sunday Evening at Pisgah

The Dead Kenny Gs is a duo started by Skerik and Mike Dillon in 2004. In 2005 they started adding Brian Haas, keyboard genius, for special shows, and a tour in 2006. Brad Houser, bass god from Critters Buggin, is currently the third member. Rotating members join the duo for necessary outings. The priority is for the name, The Dead Kenny Gs, to continue fighting injustice, cheese, and dishonesty in music, and society.
