Pisgah Pale is a perfect blend of rich organic malts with whole-leaf Chinook and Nugget hops.  A crisp, clean profile makes this, our flagship beer, distinct.

IPA was originally brewed to survive the long trip by sea from England to India.  Our IPA is an American version of this classic strong ale.  With 6 hop additions, including first wort hopping and a massive blast of dry hops, this beer has become an Asheville favorite.  7.5% ABV

Roasted barley and caramel malt lend this creamy brew a smooth and tasty flavor.  With our use of nitrogen and a special creamer faucet, Pisgah's classic stout imitates other famous brews from the British Isles.

At Pisgah we're all about pushing the envelope and broadening our horizons!  Getting away from the big, bold flavors of hopped-up ales and such, we explore the other end of the spectrum with this fine American lager.

Our triple ale contains moderately fruity esters with an alcoholic complexity supported by a soft malt character. This Belgian classic is pale gold in color and comes in at a 9.5% ABV.
